We’re an AI company that searches, reads, and researches open source content from the entire indexed internet to provide comprehensive background research reports on individuals and organisations. We do integrate 0.5bn corporate records from international corporate registries, and data from leading pep/sanctions/watchlists screening providers but we do so much more than that. We analyse and consolidate data from 35trn web pages - the entire indexed internet!

Generative AI technology alone can’t be used for prospect research. 1. it doesn’t include structured datasets. 2. It isn’t designed to provide insight into specific individuals or entities. 3. It “hallucinates”. 4. It’s inconsistent: subtle changes in the way you ask a question can lead to big changes in results. Xapien researches and triangulates across structured and unstructured data from the entire indexed internet. Data verification is built into the product through our multi-source approach. Our cutting-edge anti-hallucination technology adds a final layer to the reliability of the tool. Xapien is designed to surface the world’s information about a specific individual or a specific entity. By breaking down silos between different data sets, Xapien is able to distinguish between different individuals with the same name. For example, Xapien might use information from structured data like a date of birth from a corporate record to check if the Chris Green mentioned in a media article is the same Chris Green as the one who owns a certain company. This ensures that it provides complete and accurate information about your search subject. Xapien is unbiased and consistent. Our pre-trained models ensure you get the same answers every time, so you’re not reliant on user-led prompt-engineering to get the answer to your question. All of the information Xapien surfaces is fully sourced down to sentence level so you can use it to make confident decisions.

All of our subscription tiers include premium support from our Customer Success team, who will provide ongoing support on an individual report basis where required. You’ll have a dedicated account manager available during UK working hours, and a feedback button on the report for all out-of-hours enquiries. We also offer a satisfaction guarantee - don’t pay for any report you’re not happy with.

Xapien is a subscription service with tiered pricing based on report usage. Our subscription model doesn’t distinguish between company and people reports - each counts as a single report. All of our reports can be shared with non-users via a hyperlink and/or an exported pdf. A full white-label solution is available for enterprise clients.

Easy! We pride ourselves on our ease of integration with any existing process. Xapien is accessed via the web. Users will receive a URL with a link to the login portal, which they can access from any browser. Simply enter a password and you’re up and running. You’ll be able to run Xapien reports using your account and export, or share them to other people in your team.

We pride ourselves on our accuracy and see reducing false positives as one of our core selling points. But our NLP and inference goes far beyond name matching. Using Machine Learning, we have taught the system to identify the ‘meaning’ of words, for example to “poach” eggs being different to “poaching” elephants and also when potentially risky terms are negated, for example working in “counter”-narcotics. That said, what we are trying to do is very hard and no AI is 100% accurate so there will be times when we get it wrong.
