With over 20 years in risk advisory and compliance, Russell has led global efforts in counter-party risk, business intelligence, and corporate compliance. Prior to Fulcrum, he held senior roles at Fulcrum Chambers LLP, a White-Collar crime specialist law firm, and Diligence, where he advised clients on risk management and regulatory compliance. He is a recognized expert in high-volume algorithm-based systems and leveraging AI to enhance third-party risk assessments and streamline compliance.
Zach is the Head of Partnerships and Growth at Xapien, focusing on enhancing governance, risk, and compliance through technology. He has spent a 15-year career in risk and compliance, having previously served as a Partner in EY’s Forensics and Investigations Practice, specializing in technology-enabled due diligence. Zach also established Control Risks’ global due diligence business (VANTAGE) and earned the Compliance Consultant/Advisor of the Year Award at the Compliance Week Excellence in Compliance Awards in 2021.
